I am truly honored to serve as your President for the Texas School Assessors Association.

The 2026 Conference was an incredible success. I would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to Sheila Bennett, our Past President, along with the Executive Board, for their hard work and dedication to our association.

We are excited to announce that the 2027 Conference will be held at the Embassy Suites in San Marcos, Texas, from March 22–25, 2027.

Our theme for the upcoming year is:

Leading the Way
Leadership is a choice to empower and elevate others by example.

As John Quincy Adams once said:
“If your actions inspire others to dream more, learn more, do more, and become more, you are a leader.”
